Applicable to all users of the sky99idn platform in Indonesia. Please read these terms in full before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using sky99idn services in any form, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated on this page. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These terms apply to all users, including registered users, visitors without an account, and third parties accessing content through links or other integrations. sky99idn reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice; the latest version will always be available on this page.

2. Terms of Use & User Obligations

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonuses, evading suspensions, or abusing the system is a serious violation and will result in permanent account termination along with forfeiture of any associated balance.
Users are fully responsible for all activity carried out through their account. The platform must not be used for illegal purposes, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable law in the Republic of Indonesia. Users are also prohibited from interfering with, hacking, or damaging the systems and infrastructure of sky99idn.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. sky99idn reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time it deems necessary, including through the upload of official documents such as a valid national ID card or passport.
3. Account Security & Suspension Policy
Users are fully responsible for keeping their password and account login information confidential. We strongly recommend using a strong, unique password and never sharing account credentials with anyone under any circumstances.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the sky99idn support team immediately through the available channels. The platform is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain account security.
sky99idn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account if there is evidence of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or a request from a competent legal authority. Users whose accounts have been suspended may file an appeal through official support channels by providing relevant evidence.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer service. Any remaining balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures once identity verification is complete.
4. Payments, Transactions & IDR Currency
All transactions on the sky99idn platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary depending on the selected payment method and the policies in effect at the time of the transaction.
Available payment methods include local bank transfers (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI) as well as digital wallets commonly used in Indonesia. Deposit processing times are typically within a few minutes, but may take longer depending on banking network conditions and account verification procedures.
Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the sky99idn account holder. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed in order to ensure security and compliance with financial regulations. Users are required to complete identity verification before making their first withdrawal.
sky99idn is not responsible for any additional fees charged by third-party banking service providers or digital wallet providers. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the applicable bonus terms and conditions and may change at any time.
5. Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property Rights
sky99idn provides the platform on an as-is basis (as is) without any express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including financial losses resulting from users' betting decisions.
All content available on the sky99idn platform, including but not limited to logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of sky99idn or its licensed partners. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using such content for commercial purposes without written permission.
